Below, you will find the necessary forms to complete an "Application For Admission" packet for the 2010-2011 school year.

All applicants must submit the following:

• A completed application package before the interview

• An official copy of the student's transcript and school record form

• A Teacher recommendation

• A Pastor's recommendation from the church of membership (or participation)

• A birth certificate or legal copy.  (No kindergarten student will be accepted who has not reached his/her fifth birthday before August 31.)

• A current immunization record

• A copy of their social security card

Additionally, the following restrictions/requirements must be met:

• A campus interview with one of the Principals

• Any student who is withdrawn (dismissed) from any school due to academic and/or disciplinary reasons must wait one calendar year before making application for re-enrollment or admission into VCA

• No student who is married, pregnant or has a child may enroll

 All admissions are tentative pending final approval by the Admissions Committee (The Admissions Committee consists of the principals and the superintendent of schools.)
