Ephesians 3:14-19

“For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16 I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”

Campus Ministries of Village Christian Academy seeks to continuously work at creating and cultivating a climate on campus between staff, students and parents which is aligned with the Christian mission and vision of VCA.

We seek to meet students where they are in their relationship with Jesus Christ and help to promote the spiritual formation and growth of each student in the school.

Our desire is to help students move towards the development of a Christian faith and Worldview and to make a connection between their daily lives and their faith.

We want to provide learning opportunities and ministry experiences that are designed to give the students a greater understanding of who God is and who He has created them to be.

We seek to offer biblical counsel and support to our students who may be struggling with spiritual, academic, and social concerns to provide the best possible environment for continued growth.

Campus Ministries is there to serve our staff, students, and parents in providing spiritual guidance, resources, and encouragement to best meet the vision and mission of Village Christian Academy.

We seek to offer:

  • Individual biblical counsel to discuss concerns and to offer suggestive approaches from a purely Christian perspective.
  • Availability for students to share their concerns and needs in a confidential, non-threatening and non-judgmental environment.
  • Assistance to parents in helping to locate information pertaining to area services in the event that professional counseling is necessary.
  • Resources to staff, students, and parents Christian to assist in the furthering of spiritual growth among all those concerned.
  • Opportunities throughout the year, such as chapel services, spiritual formation and growth events, prayer groups, Bible studies, mission opportunities, and worship.
  • Encouragement of the students in developing and using their God-given gifts and talents in the areas of mission, ministry, and leadership.
