

Village Christian Academy Admission Process
1. Create an Account:
○ Click the link "Click Here to Apply"
○ Select Create an Account to begin. You will create a FACTS Account
2. Select Application Type:
○ Choose the appropriate application based on the grade level:
Kindergarten or 1st-12th grades.
3. Upload the following under Academic History and File Upload Tab
○ Applicant's Birth Certificate
○ Social Security Card
○ Current Immunization Record
○ Please note: You must scan and save multiple-page documents to one (1) pdf/file to upload for each requested document.
○ Applications that do not contain correct uploads will be returned and unable to be processed. Thank you for your careful attention.
○ Referral Documents: Provide the name and email address of:
■ Pastor (for a recommendation)
■ Current Teacher (for a recommendation)
○ Recommendation forms will be sent electronically to both individuals.
4. Track Form Status:
○ Missing Forms: A symbol will appear next to any forms that are incomplete
or have missing information.
○ Completed Forms: A symbol will appear next to forms that are fully
submitted.
5. Submit Application and Payment:
○ After all requirements are completed, the Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear.
○ Pay the Non-refundable Application Fee: $150
6. Wait for Response:
○ After all documents, including teacher and pastor recommendations, are
received, you can expect to hear from the Admissions Office within 2-3 weeks.
7. Track Application Status:
○ Log in with your username and password to track the status of your application
and monitor the receipt of documents.
○ If you cannot finish the application in one session, your information will be saved,
and you can return later to complete it.
