The Application Process


Our application process is very simple.  

Complete a few online forms, letters of recommendation, requests transcripts and provide the necessary legal documents.

Once the paperwork is complete, our admissions office will

schedule an interview.

  • Completed Online Application for Admission

  • Application Fee ($150 to be submitted online with the application)    

  • Kindergarten Evaluation Form - to be completed by the student’s preschool teacher

  • Teacher Evaluation- (Grades 1st- 12th) - to be completed by a current teacher of the student

  • Pastor Recommendation Form 

  • Current immunization record

  • A copy of the student’s birth certificate

  • A copy of the student's social security card

  • Kindergarten Screening - for kindergarten students only

Once completed admissions packets are reviewed, we will contact you to schedule the Student/Family interview.  All admissions are tentative pending final approval by the Admissions Committee.
